Terms of Service

By downloading or using ProofForce, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

ProofForce is a voice-powered field sales assistant that transcribes your recaps and generates call reports, tasks, and follow-up drafts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use ProofForce on behalf of a third party without authorization.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

ProofForce Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly.

iOS Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

A free trial is offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the standard subscription price.

Web Subscriptions (Team Plan)

Team subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's standard refund policy.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all audio recordings, notes, account data, and other content you upload to ProofForce. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record any conversations you upload, in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

ProofForce uses AI to generate call reports, tasks, and email drafts. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before acting on it or sending it to others. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProofForce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enter Through The Gift Shop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ProofForce, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProofForce after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
